What components and accessories are included with the machine?
Contents: (1) Portable Tezla Machine built into carrycase. (2) Power supply 240v lead with safety foot pedal on/off switch. (3) Two Tezla bulbs/leads. (4) Durable shockproof, waterproof, portable accessory storage container.

We have data reporting the observations from using this machine. This is available on the website and is updated as more data comes in. Observing Tzla.club reports also helps show the observations seen by using this technology, as it is the same.
There is no manufacturer warranty after 1 year, however we now provide an extended warranty for commercial users and/or for an extra negotiable fee. There is no support or membership if a user performs any unauthorised repairs.
You receive phone/email/Telegram technical support directly from us. You can also speak with other users sharing their observations and ask anyone in that space for help. We treat our members as the forefront of this technology — observing and reporting their findings as a collaborated effort to help understand something that the scientific establishment, funded and controlled by the state, will not. You can also purchase any product we sell, such as updated Tezla Bulbs or Machine Upgrades.
If we cannot help you repair it over the phone, the faulty item is sent back to us for repair. We quote you how much it will cost. Postage is paid by you. Our labour rate is $120 AUD per hour + material.
Yes.
Cleaning with a soft brush or cloth. Spanners and Allen keys for spark gap adjustments. Module power adjustments via dials and switches.

If it is faulty under warranty upon inspection, we cover it. Otherwise, no.
